The procession will set off from Sri Dalada Maligawa at the auspicious hour of 7.03pm and proceed along Dalada Veediya, Yatinuwara Veediya, Kande Veediya, D.S. Senanayake Veediya and return to Sri Dalada Maligawa along Raja Veediya.

The final Randoli procession will be followed by the Water Cutting ceremony on Thursday morning (31) at the Getambe ferry.

The procession in the water cutting ceremony that leaves Sri Dalada Maligawa at 2.39am will arrive to Gedige Rajamaha Vihara where the casket of relics will be placed.

After performing traditional rituals in the four Devalas the procession will arrive at the Getambe ferry for the water cutting ceremony.
