Fife Residencies is a five-bedroom 2 storied house located in Colombo 5 bordering Colombo 7. Our rooms are available for short-stays, from a few days up to three months or more. We are affiliated with Palmyrah Residencies, located in Colombo 3 close to the sea. We have four AC double bedrooms and one AC triple bedroom each with attached private bathrooms. Depending on the size of your party you may choose to rent out the whole house or individual rooms. Drop us a note and we can talk about what your requirements are. Upstairs common areas include a seating area and two balconies. Downstairs common areas include another seating area and a small garden. Meals can be provided at an extra charge, please give prior notice. Laundry services can be arranged at an extra cost. The house within walking distance to two supermarkets and many restaurants. Also located nearby is famous landmark BMICH, all international cricket grounds, Asiri Hospital, Lanka Hospital (formerly Apollo) etc. Most 5-star hotels and Galle Face Green are about 3 to 4 km away.
