Welcome to “Dionis Villa” , the italian/srilankan charming 3-apartments self-catering apartments, set in a private walled tropical garden in the jungle of the wonderful unawatuna bay in the south of sri lanka. Approximately 10-15 minutes by walk to the main bay of Unawatuna and a 10-15 minutes walk to Jungle beach and Japanese temple, and offers a peaceful and relaxing stay with all the comforts and a pleasing privacy . Enjoy our garden, with centenary trees and amazing palm, mango, papaya, avocado, jackfruit, passion fruit, orange trees and many different flowers, includes a relaxing area and the tower’s top that offers a wonderful sunset on the indian ocean and the experience of a verdant tropical surrounding jungle. Both the garden and the surrounding jungle are frequently visited by interesting wildlife such as monkeys, different types of lizards, squirrels and many species of birds such as parakeets, paradise flycatchers, humming birds, kingfishers and the odd peacock. Amazing place for bird watching or for relaxing and practicing yoga and meditation!! There is the possibility to rent one of the three apartments or the whole villa., as you wish. The villa is self-catered, but if you wish we can provide a chef to cook your meals as long as you stay. There is a housekeeper who comes twice a week and takes care of cleaning and gardening. Babysitting can be arranged if needed. Apartments Karma apartment the karma apartment (ground floor) consists of an open living and dining room with a kitchen complete with all necessary utensils and tableware, a fridge and ceiling fans. Coffee table with a sofa and chairs, and a dining table and chairs complement the setting. The 2 bedrooms are connected and equipped with mosquito nets on the double beds, wardrobes, ceiling fans and private bathrooms with hot water. Dharma apartment The dharma apartment (1st floor) consists of a living and dining room with a kitchen complete with all necessary utensils and tableware, a fridge, an italian electric owen and ceiling fans. Coffee table with sofa and chairs and dining table and chairs complement the setting. The king size bedded room is equipped with mosquito net, double wardrobe, ceiling fans and a lovely garden view balcony. The bathroom has hot water. Washing machine available. Shakthi apartment Shakti Apartment is a two double Bedroom Apartment (ground floor) and it consists of a living and dining room with a kitchen complete with all necessary utensils and tableware, a fridge and ceiling fans.
