The popularity of microfinance organizations (MFIs) is growing, thanks to the ability to quickly receive money, without waiting for a decision and collecting an uncountable amount of necessary securities. The content of microfinance technologies today, in addition to economic justification for the lender, often solves the issues of developing small businesses and providing practical assistance to socially vulnerable groups of the population. But, unfortunately, this does not always happen, and we next see a situation where the hastily adopted law "for the people" needs to be changed in order to protect their rights from dishonest business.
