George Steuart Recruitment (Pvt) Ltd which was incorporated in the year 1993 commenced business in the year 1986 as a division of George Steuart & Company Ltd. The Company's main activity is the recruitment of professionals, skilled, semi-skilled and un-skilled workers for overseas principals and gained a reputation from its foreign employers. The Company has a wide range of foreign principals in countries such as UAE, Doha Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Bahrain. We have despatched semi and unskilled workers through Korean Federation of Small and Medium Business (KFSMB) to South Korea, during the period 1997 to 2007. The number of recruits despatched under this agreement was 4,387 out of which 663 were females. We were the only private recruiting agency appointed as the recruiting agent of KFSMB. All recruits despatched were provided with residential training comprising of Korean language, culture, life style etc., by us, as stipulated in the agreement. Welfare and attending to the problems they faced whilst in employment were handled by our branch office in South Korea. Services Advertising the jobs available, coordinating and conducting preliminary interviews and short-listing of candidates for final interviews by our Principals;Arranging hotel accommodation and transport facilities for Principals representatives who visit Sri Lanka to conduct interviews.
