Ethical Practice

Ensure and enforce best ethical practices for Foreign Employment Trade by strict disciplinary control of all stake holders and work consistently towards development of more foreign employment opportunities for Sri Lankans around the globe while being the vanguard advisor to Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment in the Skills Matching and development process for Foreign Labor Market. We aim to minimize disputes among members, immunize employment agencies against indiscipline by all concerned and help yield respect and credibility for Employment Agencies while providing a quarantine effect for healthy competition for growth.

Local Expertise to International Workforce

Sri Lanka being an Agricultural and Fishing based economy, you can find quiet easily Fisherman, Agricultural Workers, Prawn Farming Workers, Trawler Operators, Fish Farm Workers, Skippers, Specified Skilled Workers (SSW) such as Carpenters, Masons, Plumbers, Welders, Brick Layers, Construction Workers etc. Owing to recent development of Web-based Food Delivery System Bike Riders for food delivery are available in plenty. Domestic Sector workers such as Care Givers are also available in plenty. Each year Sri Lanka exports around 350,000 workers mainly to Middle Eastern Countries and since recently to Eastern European Countries.

The Lasrgest export of Apparel has made available plenty of Sewing Machine Operators (Seamstresses) in the country. Moreover, Garment Production Professionals such as Garment Production Managers, Work Study Professionals, Quality Professionals are available and many of them man the world garment industries.
